BagYak LLC ("BagYak," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the bagyak.com website and online store, how we use it, and your choices.

Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers. If you sign up for our mailing list or contact us, we keep your email address and message. How We Use Information
We use your information to process and ship orders, respond to your questions, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and, only if you opt in, send occasional marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time). We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it: Squarespace (website and store hosting) and Stripe (payment processing). Lottery Dreams is an iOS application published by BagYak LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the Lottery Dreams app (the "App") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
If you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in through a third-party provider such as Apple or Google, the name and email they share with us. We collect the numbers, drawings, and preferences you enter into the App so we can show them back to you. We also collect anonymous usage analytics (which features are used, crash reports, device type, and iOS version) to improve the App. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store; we receive confirmation that a subscription is active but never see your payment information. The App does not collect your precise location, contacts, or photos.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and improve the App, keep your data in sync with your account, respond to support requests, and send account notices. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.
